How to Make a Japanese Egg Sandwich

When MLB players and reporters visited Japan, many of them talked about Japanese convenience store egg sandwiches. Some even said they were the best sandwiches they had ever eaten.

  4. Place the egg mixture on top of the vegetables and cover with another slice of bread.

  5. Cut the sandwich in half. It's ready to enjoy!
